Welcome to my blog.
I have been suffering with a sore left foot for nearly 18 months. There was no obvious cause, although I have a couple of theories, just a gradual nagging pain which turned into extreme discomfort which prevented me from walking too far and limited my life experiences.
I have just had an operation to correct this problem. I promise no extreme pictures, but I have found other people's blogs useful to read and I add this one into the mix to help other people.
